I came off the pill on the 5/5/07

My periods are very heavy with clotting :(

I originally went on the pill to try and control my bleeding and it helped it never regulated them though I've been bleeding since I stopped the pill. Now I'm aneamic I don't want to go back on the pill because I want a baby

I have polysystic ovarian syndome

You have only been off the pill for a few days. This is quite normal for just coming off the pill.

What makes you think you are anemic? Have you had a blood test run recently? If you did, and if you are anemic, it would be iron deficient anemia. You would want to include foods that are high in iron, green leafy veggies and red meats just to name a few.

If you have not had a blood test, I suggest you do so that your doctor can prescribe the right diet for you.

With PCOS you're going to have a more difficult time getting pregnant, but there are treatments for it with quite successful results. Ask your gynecologist to refer you to an endocrinologist to help get your PCOS under control, then see where you stand as far as fertility.
