Yard Machine 12.5 B&S will not start
Hi everyone. First, sorry for my English.

I need some help for my Yard Machine 1 year old with 12.5 hp B&S engine cut mower that has been parked in my garage for over 6 months. Last season It ran very well, but this season It wouldn't start after refilling the new gas that I just bought from the gas station... although the spark plug in my lawn mower has a good fire in the aluminum head.

When I trying to start the machine I did following:
I'm pressing the clutch pedal down all the way, and the blade engagement handle is hitting back the switch all the way while I try to start it.

Any suggestions on where to start next ? Thanks and God Bless!

Try using a newer battery, because the starter might be going bad in it and draining a fully charged battery, also try replacing the starter or selonoid.

Ok , Try And Remove Your Blower Housing, (top Of Engine), Then Remove The Flywheel Nut, There Will Be A Groove In The Top Of The Crankshaft And The Flywheel, These Must Have The Key In Them And Aligning Them Exactly. If Not Remove Flywheel And Replace Key.
I Know You Said You Have Spark At The Spark Plug, But You May Have Spark At The Wrong Time, If The Key Is Sheared, You Will Have Spark, But Engine Will Not Start.
If This Is Ok, Then Check Your Valves. Could Be The Exhaust Or Intake Valve Stuck Open A Little, Not Allowing The Fuel And Air Mixture To Be "trapped" In The Cylinder To Allow Proper Combustion.
    Hope This Helps,
