How do I answer an interview question asking me to describe my network trouibleshooting skills?

I would give an example of my work, where that skill was needed - the problem, the possible solutions, the solution you chose, and the outcome. If you, yourself, have not done that on your own, have you done the network troubleshooting with another person or team? Describe your education to the interviewer and any internships you did where you needed to develop those skills.
