6 stone = 84 pounds which = 38 kg
Honey, food does not make you fat, it feeds your brain, your heart your muscles.
If you eat healthy foods, not junk food, you will not get fat, you will remain healthy and smart. But if you don't eat, your body needs nutrition, your heart and your brain will starve, and make you very very ill.
Have you talked to your Mum about this?

Just eat healthy full grain breads, pastas, rice and cereals. You need to eat lean meats like skinless chicken, or turkey breast, loin type meats. Fruits and veggies alsong with low fat 1-2% or skim milk, low fat or skim cheese and yogurts. Foods that make you fat are fast foods, fatty foods, high sodium or sugary snacks. You body needs nutrients to help you get through each day, Your very slight to say the least, so I wouldn't worry about getting fat but eating correctly.
