Hi I was extremely stupid in my last job! And need some advice Uk based
I put through my a friends company a couple of invoices totalling approx £3500 for a couple of print jobs . I put them though a friends compamny to then take out in cash and givce to the printer as the printer wasn't interested in resending new invoices for work.
I thought I was just making a bit of extra money for my printer friend no harm done at the time for a few jobs .
All of the monnies have been returned within days of the invoices and I resigned my position.
Can you tell me the possibilities for me if they indeed prosecute I have no criminal record and have never done anything like this before.
Would I be better to try and settle before court so they do not go to prosecution?
