Looking for lyric but don't know artist or title
There's a song from the 60's or 70's where the lyric goes: "the world is a bad place, but oh I don't want to die" and then it keeps mentioning the word "changes". The group or individual is male and sounds a bit like the early BeeGees. It's kind of a mid-tempo song. It's driving me nuts! I can't find it under BeeGee lyrics. Maybe the title is something that has nothing to do with the lyric, like the title "Danny's Song" and Danny is not mentioned in the lyric. I hear it ever so rarely on the radio and I'm never able to call the station at that moment. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
