I am on probation in the state of Indiana. I went to Florida and wasn't arrested but fined for under age drinking. No court just a fine. It's been a couple months already and I paid my fine. Will this effect my probation in Indiana?

I'll bet it will. Did you have permission to travel? Your PO probably does NCIC checks regularly. You WERE arrested (even though you didn't go to jail), and it will show up.

Or, they won't check. I'll give it 60/40 in their favor.
