    Fraud of Marrigae
    Thanks for the reply.
In response, the person had a child, and does not or should I say did not have "both" male and female organs. Hermaphrodite can not bear children. Have I seen medical records? I did come across some medical papers, but was told that it did not belong to him or her.
    I have a question...
What are the laws on getting your name change? Is it legal to change your name if you claim to be a hermaphrodite and or if you just want to marry the same sex and to do it legally, all you would have to do is change your name from Alice to John, and now can legally go and have a legal marriage in the eyes of the court. If a person wanted to change their name, would you not have to prove to the courts by some form of documentation that you are a hermaphrodite?
