Okay I am looking for a way to make a golf ball that has turned yellowish brown due to being in a pond for 6months, ( I think its some kind of bacteria or algae) white like new again. We have tried bleach, ammonia, oxy clean, vinegar, tile cleaner, chlorine, 409 and every other cleaner you can think of. I know there has to be a way but I don't understand chemicals and acids so I thought I would ask someone who might have a clue. Perhaps mixing something together might do it... I don't know.

First treat the ball with hydrochloric acid 50% in water.Keep it in the solution for 1 day.
Then use Hydrogen peroxid 100 volumes keep also one day long
Use a brush afterwards
