Sorry this is advice again this was my first time on this site I didn't read the posting first but I would like to tell you that I'm the one on probation for five years and has two dwi's in greene county and I have a probation revocation hearing coming up and asked what do you think the outcome would be if I have been to treatment for 21 days then after the first dwi I got another one and my probation officer is recommending a 120 how likely will that fall through. I'm attending substance abuse program and am going to school and am working a full time job do you think treatment is nesisary on just my first revocation hearing what advice could you give me? Anyone been in this situation before could give me. I'm now attending NA meeting and will have a sponsor write me a letter to the court with my improvements and my work

See if your sponsor will go to court with you. Treatment is a drag but sometimes it must be done.

Thanks u think since my case is so small that and is my first revocation that will be a factor in them not sending me off but I appreciate your input
