I am not pregnant again,it so discouraging.does anybody know what drugs to use for low sperm count.

How long have you been trying for?

It takes up to a year for normal healthy couple to get pregnant. After a year or some doctors after two years will then test fertility.

Relaxation and less stress is important.

Just asking,my period is regular,I know about the time I ovulate,I use ovulation strips to be double sure.

You need to know what the problem is.. It could be that your tubes are blocked. This happens periodically and is more common than low spern count for the male. You need to see a doctor about it to have tests run on you and your spouce to see what the problem is. I don't think that there is a cure for low sperm count but what can help is not having intercourse often. For instance let the sperm build up and try not having sex every day or every other day and give the sperm time to buid like a week or even two and when you are ovulating have sex around this time. My friend tried to get pregnant and had sex almost every day and never got pregnant and when she stopped trying she got pregnant because they had sex less often. Does this make since? Anyway purchase herbal vitamins for pregnany because this will help you to get pregnant faster and is good for the baby. It is also easier to get pregnant if the women is on the bottom when having sex because the sperm has time to travel upwards.. and if the women is on top it is a little harder to conceive but either way it does not make much of a difference. Also try not urinating for a little while after sex which can remove any sperm that has a chance to survive in you. I know this may sound weird but this is true, good luck!

Like Jesushelper said... It can easily take a year to get pregnant from trying on a regular basis.. Everyone that I know took over 6 months- 3 years so give it at minimal a year because it can take 6 months for some but usually is takes about a 1-2 years.

Understand that prenatal vitamins will not help you get pregnant, they only make you healthier for when you do and are pregnant.

I don't know about any herbal supplements that can truly increase your chances, but you have to be careful with herbs if you are on any meds at all.

The drugs I have been taking is the prenatal vitamins I got from kroger.I stopped taking them out of frustration. I am 27yrs and been trying for 15mths now.
