What does having a judgement from a creditor against someone mean and involve in the state of Texas?

    Hello chic:

I means that someone's bank account and other assets can be seized. However, they can't garnish wages in Texas.

What does it involve? The creditor has to know where the accounts are. When found, he presents the judgment to the bank, and the bank freezes the account.

    Pretty simple, really.
