At my time of life I don't expect spots - no I get lumps instead - this weekend I have had three visitors just before my birthday next week. I have been told not to squeeze them as this will make them worse. Even with make up they can be seen so I would appreciate anyone who has had these to help as I have 2 full days to deal with them. Another important thing, make up can aggravate your acne. Try using hypoallergenic or non-comedogenic cosmetics that won't clog pores.
