Water Pressure Shuts Down With Use of Hot & Cold
Kitchen sink - Pressure is great when using hot OR cold but when I turn both handles on, the pressure is perfect for about 10 seconds then it slows to a small stream of water. I have already taken off the screen and cleaned it at the tip of the faucet. It returns to full pressure with both hot & cold in use if you turn it off and wait for about 1 minute only to return to the slow stream. As long as I only use hot OR cold, it works fine. Once it runs slow, if you turn off either one, the water begins to "gulp, bounce, spirt" out... similar to when someone is drinking something without stopping. Air maybe?
Where do I start to look for the problem? The faucet is only 2 years old, bought at Lowe's, and was expensive. Don't remember the brand name. It also has a sprayer arm which doesn't seem to have any problem at all even with both hot & cold running.
Thanks
