My Ex Grilfriend and I had a son together. I took her to court so I would get to see him. Im suppose to get him every Sunday but today she won't let me. I went to go pick him up and she didn't answer the door or my phone calls then she called back and said I can't see him.

Can she get in trouble? What can I do?:mad:

Yes she can get into trouble, you take her back to court and file to have her held in contempt of the court order. I have a very close relitive and now if his ex does not let him have his child, she has to pay a large fine to the court each time she refuses. It only took once or twice, and the judge even threatened to give the father custody if she continued to refuse his orders.

It can take a few months, but show up for each visit, and record it, as evidence,a and get an attorney
