    Investing with credit card
I live in a country with exchange control, and is practically impossible to obtain dollars.
The only alternative is to buy stocks, shares, etc with a credit card whether by internet or personally in a place easy to go as Miami.

As a side note, you should take into consideration your rate of interest on your credit card compared to when the investment will begin to make a return.

Be sure you can also afford to pay a substantial amount above the minimum of the principal every month or you could be setting yourself up for a financial trap.
