I think you are getting off cheap if you only have to pay $24.99 for that advice. I don't think anyone will hand you grant money to start up a business. One usually has to get a business loan after presenting a business plan. Call the small business association in your neighbourhood for good start up advice and ways to apply for businbess loans.
