I am going to be charged with stealing money from work using credit card refunds to my personal account. The total is over 5k and under 20k. I have only been arrested before for a dui. I think I can pay it all back before I get charged. What am I looking at as far as being arrested. I live in Maryland. Please help... What will I be charged with, fines, probabtion or jail time...

Yes it can be all of them, since you are paying it back ( and do so) that will go along way, but if they are looking at it as dozens of thefts adding up to... thousand, or as one over all charge, can make a big differnece, if each credit card fraud is a separate charge??

But you can look at either fines and probation or on the worst up to 10 years of prison. A serioius attorney is needed.
