Diet pill in general give you a start but they are not as permanent as what you can do on your own, you might lose a few extra pounds in the beginning, but it's generally just fluid losses and this can be regained quite easily. Most diet pills have ingredients like a lot of caffine that your body really doesn't need. Just change eating habits, eat more natural whole grains, like wheat bread, cereals, pasta, rice, eat fresh fruits and veggies, try salads. And portion sizes are really important, 2-3 ounces of any meat, skinless chicken, or turkey breast, fish, loin type meats, baked or broiled, with olive oil or canola oil. Drinks lots of water. Sanck on fruits, seeds or nuts, but watch sizes cause they are fatty. Smaller meals, healthier food choices, like 1-2% or skim milk, low fat cheese, low fat yogurt, all these will help you reduce body fat percentages, along with a regular exercise program for your whole body, 3-4 times a week for at least 30 minutes.
