Ihave loads of red pimply spots on my legs! I have my prom soon and I want to get rid of them before them! Any ideas?

It sounds like you may have folliculitis (blocked follicles) or cherry angiomas, which isn't harmful or contagious. You should see a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment, if needed.
