Problem: Married a Turkish girl in England. We moved to Turkey. After one year we separated. We have now been separated for 3 years. I met someone else and want to remarry. My current wife says she will divorce me one minute then say she will not the next. I want to move on with my life. Is there a way for me to get married without her consent. I discovered that the only reason she doesn't want to divorce me is because she wants to go back to England to live, or she wants a British citizenship.
Q: How can I legally divorce her without having to wait 5 years? I am now residing in Turkey.
