94 civic no spark or fuel
Hello I am in need of desperate help. As you see I was repairing my radiator. After I did so I was refilling it with the car on to burp the system.. I realized that I spilled some coolant everywhere so with the car on I hosed down the engine bay with water carefully insuring none go into the intake nor wet the distributor. After that was done about 1 min or so the car shut it self off. I was shocked. I try to restart it but no luck.. I then disconnected the fuel return line and nothing came out. Then also held the spark plug wire to the block and no spark just my luck. I could not find any fuse for the fuel pump or ignition coil. Can any body help me...

Begin by testing all under-hood and under-dash fuses with a test light or multimeter. Here's how:

Pay particular attention to the ACG (ALT) (S) fuse, which controls power to the main relay. This may be fuse no. 24 (with SRS) or fuse no. 12 (without SRS).

Then, read and perform the tests outlined in Sections A and B below:

Also, disconnect the MAP Sensor connector from the sensor and let it air dry. This sensor affects spark and fuel.

If people learned how to use a test light or multimeter to test ALL fuses, they wouldn't even need to know what fuse was what. They could also test all fuses in 3 minutes. Glad to have been able to help you.

Did you substitute one of the extra fuses Honda gives you in the fuse box?
