I had a four day period which is normal 5 days early. It was lighter than usual and after it was over for about 3 days I spotted for a little bit and then stopped and then a day later spotted a little more and stopped. I recently went off the pill and am wanting a baby. Any suggestions?

If you aren't already and don't become pregnant immediately. Track your future period(s). The first day of them, how long they last and long in between. You can use on ovulation calendar to find out the dates you will most likely be the most fertile. Here is a free online one ConceptionStore Ovulation Calculator. I liked it the best. I have 6 children :) Most importantly 1) relax, relax , relax trying too hard and getting yourself worked up about whether you are or could be every month will stop it from happening faster than just about anything. 2) Have fun! p.s. I have had many periods like the one you describe. For me it was nothing to worry about just my body adjusting a bit so to speak after the birth control. I would imagine you should return to a "normal" period within the next 2 cycles. If not it never hurts to go see your OB/GYN just to check it out.
