My husband is on probation (5 total, 2 of those under supervision & the rest "administrative"). Our PO mentioned that 6 months after the supervised part we would can ask for an early termination. Is that right? If it is, is it a lengthy process? Thanks!

Each probation department has its own policy and procedures. Plus, they probably have it written down. Ask for a copy. You'll find a section regarding early termination, what's required to get it, and how to file for it.

If your PO recommended it, then it means he beleves your husband would quilify and next it must mean it is comom in your area. Your PO should be able to supply you the info for requesting it.
