I finally got a +opk. Me and my hubby did the baby dance on Monday. He left to go out of town yesterday and won't be home until Friday and today I got a +opk. I really didn't think it was going to happen this month. I have a high prolactin problem and I just went on meds last Thursday. Sooooooo do you think I still have a chance of getting pregnant this month since we only have sex on Monday and today is wed and it is a +opk?? Help...

There is always a chance. Sperm can survive for several days inside of you, so it is possible. Glad you finally got your positive opk. That helps reduce some stress right there. Good luck. Hope it works out for you this month.

Yes, I did actually hah. 3 weeks ago. I have less then 2 weeks to go now. Still no baby. He's definitely trying to come, but my body just isn't cooperating yet. I have a doc appointment tomorrow we'll see if I have made any progress. If not, I am going to request an induction in one week(5 days ebfore due date). Thank you. And I know how frustrating that can be. For a good 8 months of the 12 that I was trying to conceive, my hubby was only home ten days out of the month, so it made timing and trying at all very stressful and rather annoying. The very month he got a new job and stayed home all month, we got pregnant. HAHAH

Also when do you think I should ovulate and when do you think I will see a temp dip. I am also doing the BBT on top of everything. My cm is a lot dryer today and it is more like water but there is not much is that normal after getting the +opk. First time watching my temp and CM with my other two I just let it happen...

Also on Friday I thought I was going to start my period I started to get the lower back aches and leg aches. But it never came. Then 5 days later I am supposlly ovulating. I am so confused on what is going on with my body...

I don't know much about how the opks work,as I never used one. However, typically, if you have a 28 day cycle, the average ovulation time is 12-14 days from the first day of your last period. However, every woman is different, and so are their cycles/ovulation times. Cm is usually heaviest when you are most fertile. Then it starts to dry up again. Our bodies never cease to fuel our curiosity, as well as frustration haha. Perhaps that is why we sometimes become so obsessed with watching everything about it, what it does, and when it does it. You never know what its going to do next. Just try to sit back and relax. Since hubby isn't able to be home and help out in that department this time, I'm afraid all you can do is sit back, and wait.
