I think I'm going to loose my mind he says he still loves me but we both have moved on :( and its weird because I never wanted to end our relationship and every time we see each other gets so hard to walkaway I really don't know what to do because I still love him to but I don't want to hurt the person I'm wit please help:eek:

I take it you ended the relationship, why did you end it.

I know it's hard to walk away, but in due time you will be able to do so.
It's never easy when you have feelings or love some one to forget them over night, it's not a light switch you turn off and on.

If you're happy with your current relationship then you should avoid seeing you ex-boyfriend when ever possible. Time is a big healer and you need to be patient with yourself.

If you broke up with him, but didn't want to, what were you trying to accomplish?

It seems like you were trying to "shock" him into acting like he cared.

Could be many things, one he may just be looking to "hook up" for old time sake. Could be just thinking about the old times and had some feelings remembered, I think we all do that sometime. He would just be messing with you, trying to get under your skin.
Or if this has been a while, he could really miss you, I still love my ex. She was a wonderful lady, wonderful mother. But I am not IN love with my ex. Over time I have forgotten most of the bad, and remember most of the good and of course we share some wonderful boys together.

So you move on, and stop having chats with him, wave and ho on
