I am engaged to be married in 4 months, this will be both of our 2nd marriage. I recently lost my job and am feeling not happy about the wedding at all the invitations have been ordered I am feeling stressed out and I want to move the deate back my fiancé doesn't want to hear it, I have gotten so far behind I am afraid the stress will make me cancel it all together because she is not willing to do this for me I thought the wedding was supposed to be about us, I don't know what to do, am I wrong for feeling like this?

What would be the point of pushing back the date? At this point - isn't everything almost done? The invitations are ordered - so paid for, I am sure you have the church and hall for the reception - which took money to hold. I am sure she has her dress - which is probably paid for.
By cancelling or postponing - you will end up losing a lot of money.
If there is another reason you want to wait - other than $ - then you should. Marriage should not be entered into lightly. If you are having second thoughts about marrying this person - then you would be making the right choice by waiting.

You know.. it's not so much about the wedding, it's about the marriage...
Marriage does not start the moment you have a ring on your finger.. it starts now...

This is the person you want to spend the rest of your life with... talk to each other and try to find a way that will make you both feel good.

Yes, if invitations have been sent it could be hard to cancel.
But at the end of the day... it's about the two of you and that's what counts.
What the two of you will feel good about.

Communicate...
That is probably the best wedding gift you can already give yourself and if you can't deal with it together.. get pre-marriage counseling... I think it may clear the air for both of you.

I'm married but this is still more of an opinion: the wedding is about her, not both of you, it's her day and your there to nod and say yes. Also as said above, if most things are already paid for and you can find a way to pay for the rest of the little things, don't move the date, why go through all the stress again?
