I am from the state of Goa (India). I have applied for Portuguese Nationality since Year 2002. Initially I have submitted all documents for marriage registration of my parents to Portuguese Consulate in Goa. How I can know whether my parents marriage is registered or not. Also, when can I start to submit my documents?
