I am currently in a house roommate situation with a women who harassesme, is into devil worship and has a huge sword /knife collection. I am very uncomfortable there. How do I get her out?

I would be uncomfortable with anyone with a sword collection too ! Why don't YOU just move out and find another place to live which isn't so nerve wracking. In a situation like that I would absolutely not worry about the money end of it, I would just LEAVE!

We need more details (also this belongs in the Real Estate Law forum). Who is on the lease? How long is the lease for? Did you move in together or did one or the other of you move in after the other. If the latter, who found the place for the person. Are there any other roomies?
