    In what context? Have you been sued by your credit card company? It basically means they have sued you and can then collect the amount owed by garnishing your wages or draining bank accounts. This usually takes a long time to get to this point.

    A judgement is when you are sued by a party and they win. A credit card judgement would be when you are sued over a delinquent account.
