There's this girl who is pregnant and she has already lost her son who is little over 1 now. She is now pregnant and the baby's father is a registered sex offender. Social services will take this child from her as soon as she has her if she don't leave him. She knows this and don't plan on leaving him.. I know how disgusting.. I want to file for custody... I am not related in anyway or friends.. I know her cause I know the person who has custody of her son.. is there anything I can do will they let me get custody if no family member steps in... I know from what I have been told by her own family that no one wants the baby or anything to do with her. Please any information will help. Thanks

Well what state do you live in? In VA you can just go down to the court house and file for custody of the child (any child). Just find out the laws in your area :)

You have no legal standing here. You can go to your local family services agency and aske about adopting, but it's a long shot. If you were a relative, you might have a chance.
