    Stretch Marks-3rd pregnancy.
This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have had stretch marks from my other 2 children. I know that these wonderful marks come with the pregnancy and I was just wondering if there is a way to keep these new stretch marks to a bare minimum.

Well, unfortunately a lot of it has to do with the natural elasticity of your skin, and how forgiving it is. There are several lotions out there these days that promote being able to help maintain the elasticity of your skin, and help it to stretch. Palmers Cocoa Butter is one. With my first pregnancy I used a lot of that and Vitamin E oil. This pregnancy, I seem to be allergic to all lotions, ESP the Cocoa Butter! So, the only thing I can get away with is the Vitamin E oil, and while it is sticky, it works really well. Since this is the third baby, and you already have stretch marks from your previous pregnancy, chances are your skin will be a bit more forgiving, as its already stretched more then with the first ones. Just try to watch your weight and keep it in the boundaries that you should in pregnancy, and use at least vitamin E oil. Its just very important to keep the skin hydrated. Good luck!
