Relocating with children, custody, visitation, notice?
I have full custody of my two children, live in Wyoming. Current visitaion states mother has children for summer and holidays on even numbered years. I have received a job offer in another state and would like to know what I must do before I relocate with the children. Keeping with the current visitation after the move will be no problem. I have heard I must give written notice before I move. To who and how long before? Is there anything else I must do to comply?

Contact your local custody office where your obtained the original custody order granting you full custody. They should be able to set up a hearing for m odification to the order... such as you living out of state and transportation arrangements for when the other person is to have visitation.
