Hello, I'm trying to find out exactly what kind of chairs I have inherited. I was told previously that the estate of my ancestors these came from was late 1850's. They have cast type rollers on the front two legs and are longer and flared on the back two legs. The legs have the corner sections of the chair legs cut off to make a smooth flat look at all four corners of all four legs. Under each place where the chair leg comes down from the seat there are ornate triangle wood pieces that have cross like x's on them. These same designs are on the back of the chair as well. The seats were a pale like pink stripe velvet as was the back. Inside appears to be horse hair? What era are these chairs from and how do I find out how much they are and if I can find more like them. I inherited five, but would like three more to accommodate my formal dinning table.
