I have a Hampton Bay Remote Fan model #UC7078T and the remote will not work. My landlord says that there is a switch at the top of the fan that I have to switch to make the remote work, is that true because I didn't see one. Also, I have another remote fan in another room and both remotes work to that one, how do I get a remote to work on the one that's not working?
