There are a lot of blogs out there. However the most popular is myspace. It is free and easy to register.

Hi... I'm a member of IMEEM.COM website and blogging is very awesome and great. On IMEEM.COM website not only blogging but you can do what you want like MUSIC ( you can upload your own music, make your own playlist and embed to your myspace or to your own personal blog site, post your PHOTO unlimited amd of course create your own BLOG.
