I have a court date for eviction from the court. I would like to file chapter 13 to stop the eviction and to pay future rent payments on time and to set up repayment with the court for back rent. Can I do this and does the landlord have to accept this if I pay future rent payments on time and do my repayment plan on the back rent on time?

Your landlord does not have to continue to rent to you under BK AND you will ruin your credit for future landlords... you would be better off to work with your landlord to pay money BEFORE your court hearing.
