Does anyone have experience with domestic partnerships in AZ? My partner of 22 years and I have split and I am moving to another state. We own property together as well as joint bank accounts. She is not wanting to split things 50/50. Do I have recource leagally?

Is this a "legal" domestic partnership are you regested with the state as a domestic partnership, if not in AZ in some state /

If not in general this is merely two people having joint property.
As for as the bank accounts, that is easy, just go take 1/2 of the money out. For the property, you may have trouble making her sell, or buy your part out. I would advise to get a local attorney, since any action will end up in court.
