Hi, I want some basic information on, what is nano Liquid Chromatography?? & how it is different form normally used Liquid Chromatography (like HPLC or other LC Technoques)? What are its applications compared to HPLC? Or please provide me some reference web site or book on this topic.

This refers to nano-flow HPLC, which means using very small columns with very low flow rates (nanoliters per minutes). It is geared toward Mass Spectrometry, and especially situations with very small samples. Smaller columns result in higher concentration of analyte, increasing the sensitivity. By concentrating the sample in a very small volume and getting it all into a mas spec, the sensitivity is greatest.

If you look at web sites of major manufacturers you can learn more about it, I suggest Agilent, MicroMass, Waters, and ThermoFinnigan.
