2 months and have not received Fulton
I bought a Fulton 2 months ago paid in full. The store said that they did not have it in stock but will call when they receive it. He said about 1 week. I go there today to ask about the fulton and was told they have not received it and told me that he said he would call me when it came in. I told him its been 2 months and he could have had the courtesy of calling me and letting me know. He said that he didn't call because he had no news for me. I told him that I think what he was telling me right now is news that I needed to know. I told him I wanted my money back so that I could go somewhere else that would have it in stock. He said I couldn't get a refund. That on the receipt it says no refund. I got so upset and was getting loud and there were customers in the store. He pulled me to the side and said to give him 2 weeks if he doesn't call me in 2 weeks that he will refund my money. I told him ill give him 1 week he said he will need 2 weeks I told him he had 2 months already. I agreed because if I didn't get out of there I would have hit this man. What can I do about this because I got home and starting thinking about how he was talking to me and I wanted to go back and demand my money. I went there to ask about a purchase I made and he was not helpful never did he apologize or try to help. He told me with an attitude that he told me he would call when it came in and walked away. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
