I was just wondering if anyone knew this question...
the question asks:
assume I2 asnd SO3 ions are two of the products of the reaction between sulfuric acid and potassium iodide.
Write half equations for the reaction...
would the overall equation be: KI + H2SO4 = K2SO3 + H2O + I2?
and how do I use to oxidation numbers to identify the oxidant and reactant?

thank you to anyone can help
