[F]My boyfriend has been living in the us since he was 4 years old and now he is 21 years old we have been together for two years now and we have a 8 month old baby and we are both citizen of the us can my boyfriend still get deported.:(

If he is a citizen of the U.S. how can he get deported? Or were you meaning you & the baby when you said the 2 of you were citizens?
