I have got papers from one of the lawyer to appear in the court for a civil case (debt) for case management confernece. Is here any reply I need to send to them court before the date or just show up on the date and time they have asked.

I would contact them before showing up, if, for no other reason, than to determine if I needed to bring MY attorney with me.

Read the "papers", they should give you instructions. Generally, if you are being sued for a debt, you have to file with the court your intention to defend.

You are also entitled to "Discovery". To see what proofs they have that you owe this debt and they have the right to collect it.
