I recently bought a 2005 truck and the 30 day tag is about to expire I call the dealer and they told me that they do not have the title yet.I have been told that they had 21 day to title the truck or they had to give me my money back.If this is so what do I need to do to make them take this truck back?

Never heard about it, it may be your local state law. Call the court clerk where you register your car and ask them. But it is not uncommom since they are dealing with government clerks, and it is not unusual for people to have to get an extension on their temp tag while waiting on the original tag to get issued.

I do know that there is a $10,000 fine for issuing another temp tag.
