Rights after being served Writ of Ejectment Papers
 I live in South Carolina and I want to know my rights after being served Writ of Ejectment papers. It states that I have 24 hours to vacate the property. I have a one year lease agreement with option to buy this house after the one year. Do I really have 24 hours or can I file for a hearing?

Did you do something to breach the lease, non payment, illegal activity, or what, you don't get a notice like this unless there was something that happened. If this is the case, the lease was in breach, which means it no longer exists if you violated the terms of it.
