If he has a girlfriend already feelings don't matter, so leave him alone. Why help him cheat?

You really like him and the first time you spoke was 2 days ago? AND he has a girlfriend? If he cheats on her with you... what happens if you two end up being together? You think he's just going to change his ways and be the perfect boyfriend? I think not... you should definitely leave him alone!

He has a girlfriend but does not honor that enough to keep his hands off your hands? Isn't that signal enough right there?

What do you do? Tell him simply that the "no hands" rule applies here. If he cannot show enough respect for his girlfriend - how is he going to show enough respect to you? Or to himself?

I would want no part of him. Acknowledge him as your neighbor but the line needs to be drawn.

Honestly, if this guy has a girlfriend he should automatically be hands off to you. Regardless of the moral reasons, what about the fact that he has a girlfriend yet took you for a ride AND touched you? Doesn't that make you wonder exactly what kind of a guy he really is? If he would do that to his present girlfriend, why exactly would you like him??

Of course, there is always the possibility that you have misread his intentions and the touch was purely innocent (although I doubt it). Regardless, the rule is generally if a guy is in a relationship then you remove yourself from any situation that could cause a problem for either one of them. There are plenty of men who aren't attached out there.
