Actually while in theory it is 1/2 as likley either way but in reality the coin is heavier on the heads side so it is just a tiny bit more likely to land on tails like 4/6

Hah. 4/6 I don't believe. Maybe like 1000/2001... depends on the design of the coin, too.
It would be interesting to do the experiment. I have seen coins where the same side comes up about 99/100 times if you spin the coin and let it come to rest. I think the effect would be much less for flipping. I'm guessing that it's about 55/100 for the heavy side to end up down.
