A few weeks ago I was told that I had HPV and so I told my boyfriend. Well a couple of weeks later he shaved one day. About two days later he had a bunch of little tiny like pimple looking things above his penis. There were a few little sores (open) on his penis but only like 2-3. Then they started itching really bad and hurting when we had sex. Do you know what it is or if there is something he can take for it like to get the bumps away?

Your boyfriend has HPV too. What you are describing are some of the symptoms. You both need to go to a doctor and be put on medication to control the outbreaks. There is no other option for either or you. You both will have to learn to live with this and learn how to minimize the outbreaks.

P.S. I guess I shouldn't be so quick to diagnose. It could be that your BF has bumps and irriation from the shaving. He needs to be tested for HPV. Then, go from there with the doctor.
