    Separated 5 years
I have been living separate from my husband for just about five years. I live in Ohio.
He does not want to divorce me. Can I be requested a divorce based on the fact that we have been apart for so long?

Who left who? I assume you left him. Is Ohio a no-fault divorce state? If so you can file under irreconcilable differences, but if he contests it could still take up to 2 years to be granted. Of course, the longer you wait to file, the longer you wait to get a divorce.

As noted, yes you can file and yes you can get a divorce, as noted of course if he wishes to fight it, the case will take longer and cost more in attorney fees.
