Jaw surgery now recovery what to eat?
What foods can I eat? I'm past the liquids I can now I have very soft foods I can't chew but I can smash things with my tongue against my mouth and teeth, but as I said before no aggressive chewing

Jaw surgery is tough. Had a friend go through it once. Try puddings, jellos, soups, applesauce, mac and cheese. Im sure you are really hungry I know this sounds icky but you can make a regular meal but you would have to purée it so that it is very soft and wouldn't involve and chewing really. Hope this helps or gives you some new ideas on what to do.

    Sincerely,

Pancakes. Pasta. Yogurt. Eggs. Ground beef (but not a patty). Creamed veggies.

I know it's lousy but you'll make it. Hang in there.
